Docorio provides online document manipulation tools including but not limited to PDF conversion, editing, compression, and merging. The Service is provided "as is" and is accessible via a web browser.
You agree not to use the Service to processing illegal or malicious content. You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process using our Service. Docorio does not monitor user content.
You retain full ownership and copyright of any files you upload or process. Docorio claims no ownership rights over your documents.
In no event shall Docorio, not its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
